Alex holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Amberton University and is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) at Denton County MHMR, with over a decade of experience in the mental health field.
Alex integrates evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Existential Therapy to foster healing and personal growth.
Before transitioning to mental health, Alex worked in IT for government agencies such as the Department of Energy and the Department of Homeland Security. This unique professional background enriches Alex’s ability to connect with diverse clients and tailor interventions to their specific needs. Dedicated to promoting mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, Alex continues to bring a compassionate and informed perspective to their practice.
