Step # 1-Request an appointment on the portal (click the button below, and then the green button labeled "Request Appointment". Choose your provider from the drop down, and then choose a time.

Step # 2- A member from our staff will reach out to you within 24-48 business hours to confirm or decline the appointment after speaking with the clinician.

Step # 3- If the clinician accepts the appointment, you will be sent all intake paperwork that must be completed within 24 hours before the session.
