In her professional life, she serves as a TCC Navigator at The Counseling Cove, where she excels in an administrative role as the first point of contact for clients. Lauren's outgoing and warm personality, combined with her compassionate approach, makes her a cornerstone in facilitating a supportive environment for those seeking counseling services.

Outside of work, Lauren embraces her roles as a mom, wife, and dog mom with open arms. She finds joy in running, reading, and traveling. Beach days and quality time with her family are among her favorite activities.
